This is the Durst Sivogla AN Anti Newton glass insert. It is used in the upper part of the negative carriers and it prevents the formation of Newton rings when a negative is placed in the carrier.
The glass measures 64 x 75mm. Please see below for an overview of all compatible negative carriers.
